General Operators are vital to our daily operations. Examples of roles include preparing meat to be cooked, palletizing boxed product, administration work, using scanners and computers to track product, and verifying quality and accuracy. Shift(s) Available: 1st: Harvest 6:30 am - 3:00 pm - Fabrication 6:00 am - 2:30pm 2nd: Harvest 3:30 pm - 12:00 am - Fabrication 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Compensation: $23.90 - $28.80/hr
What You Will Do
- Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
- Supporting roles in the processing of beef
- General use of a knife or other tools
- Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product
- Ensuring food safety and quality
What You Will Need
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
What Will Put You Ahead
- Meat processing experience
- Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Knife experience
