Job Purpose and Impact

The Receptionist  will greet clients and visitors at the front desk and answer incoming calls using a multiline telephone system. In this role, you will coordinate meeting room, taxi and chauffeur bookings and complete security procedures.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle and store mail securely to maintain the confidentiality of correspondence.
• Perform mail distribution and word processing as part of your clerical responsibilities.
• Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision to coordinate, integrate and implement administrative or staff functions.
• Operate and coordinate the organization's transportation and conveyance services.
• Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Minimum Intermediate level of English
