Doel van de functie

Binnen de cacao- en chocoladeactiviteiten levert Cargill hoogwaardige cacao- en chocoladeproducten aan de voedingsmiddelenindustrie wereldwijd. In de productievestiging in Antwerpen produceren we vloeibare chocolade, chocoladeblokken en chocoladebuttons voor klanten over de hele wereld.

Als Assistent Technische Dienst ondersteun je de dagelijkse technische werking van de productievestiging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen, het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het meewerken aan verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten. Dankzij jouw technische expertise draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare productieomgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verhelpen van storingen aan productieapparatuur en installaties om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerken op machines en installaties volgens het onderhoudsplan in SAP.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en meewerken aan structurele verbeteringen om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Assisteren bij en begeleiden van externe aannemers tijdens onderhouds-, inspectie- en keuringswerken.
  • Ondersteunen van de voorbereiding, installatie en opstart van technische investeringsprojecten.
  • Formuleren en uitvoeren van verbetervoorstellen voor machines, installaties en technische processen.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en het naleven van alle veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking en administratieve opvolging van de technische dienst.

Qualifications

Minimum Vereisten

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydrauliek, aangevuld met een basiskennis elektriciteit en automatisatie.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of onderhoudsfunctie in een productieomgeving, met bereidheid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) en deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst.

Bijkomende vereisten

  • Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud van industriële machines.
  • Kennis van verpakkingsmachines, voedingsproductie of procesinstallaties.
  • Ervaring met SAP of andere onderhoudsbeheersystemen.
  • Goede kennis van technische documentatie in het Engels.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Woonachtig binnen een redelijke afstand van de vestiging in Antwerpen om deel te nemen aan de wachtdienst.
