Job Purpose and Impact
El Supervisor Senior del Centro de Distribución dirigirá todos los aspectos de las actividades de nuestro centro de distribución, incluyendo la recepción, entrega y control de mercancías. Buscamos un profesional comprometido que se encargará del almacenamiento y el movimiento de materiales y productos terminados, incluyendo envío y recepción, almacenamiento, llenado de pedidos, control de inventario, manejo de registros y despacho.
Key Accountabilities
- Desarrollar y mantener presupuestos, y mantener programas de seguridad, seguridad y control de inventario.
- Mantener adecuadamente las instalaciones y equipos del centro de distribución, proponiendo mejoras para optimizar la distribución.
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo, entrenar y tomar decisiones relacionadas con la gestión del talento, la contratación, el rendimiento y las acciones disciplinarias.
- Gestion de mermas a través de proyectos de mejora y correcta administración de inventario de baja rotación
- Otros deberes asignados
Qualifications
CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
- Mínimo de cinco años de experiencia laboral relacionada
- Tres años de experiencia en supervisión
- Conocimento basicos de Seguridad
- Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
- Ingles intermédio
- Gestion de Projectos
