Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply Chain Associate plays a key role in connecting commercial strategy with operational executive, ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting business growth and customer success.  Working across multiple operational sites and travelling between locations as required, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive performance, solve complex challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.  This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable end-to-end supply chain expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a real impact.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate planning, inventory, contract execution, and logistics activities to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless supply chain operations across multiple sites.
• Lead and support onsite operational teams to deliver operational targets, maintain compliance with procedures, and drive high performance.
• Manage inventory integrity through accurate transaction processing, commodity movement monitoring, and timely reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Trade Execution to deliver exceptional service and uninterrupted supply chain performance.
• Leverage data and analytics to enhance decision-making, identify continuous improvement opportunities, optimise costs, and strengthen overall supply chain capability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, planning, or operational environments, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and systems capability, including experience using SQL and advance Excel to extract, analyse, interpret, and report of operational data.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and accountable approach with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of identifying opportunities to enhance processes, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth in a dynamic environment.
