Job Purpose and Impact


Key Accountabilities


  • Explore and  identity potential  business opportunities .探寻、识别潜在的市场业务机会。
  • Develop  and maintain relationships with customers and end users . 发展并维持与经销商及终端用户的关系,确保业务持续稳定开展。
  • Create demand for Cargill products and services for targeted customers .   为目标客户和潜在客户创造cargill的产品和服务的需求
  • Market intelligence collection and feeback  including  competitors business situation ,new products or potential popular products specification and price ,ect . 市场信息收集和反馈,包括同业厂家业务动态,市场新产品或潜在的流行产品规格、售价等。
  • 完成公司销售目标及其他要求事项、维护老客户、开发区域渠道客户、完成空白地级市市场经销商设立、开发区域内连锁客户


  • Above college degree 大专以上学历
  • At least 3 years working experience in food relevant industry , poultry meat experience is preferred 
  • 3年以上相关行业工作经验,禽肉熟食制品行业工作经验者优先,有西快渠道经验者优先
  • Excellent people relationship skills优秀的人际关系技巧
  • Good communication skills良好的沟通技巧
  • Good behaviors , down to earth:良好的行为,脚踏实地:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Listening, questioning, negotiation skills  and in depth knowledge of customers and industries served is typical of the lessons learned by incumbentsas well as  territory planning, customers management skills.
