Job Purpose and Impact

The PMO Manager will lead projects and programs within a portfolio. In this role you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. We seek a professional who will lead staff that reviews the project proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
  • Ensure team adheres to internal and external quality standards.
  • Oversee team members that monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
  • Lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resource requirements.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three plus years of supervisory experience
  • Experience implementing a SAP ERP system
  • Proven ability to apply project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes. 
  • Experience applying Agile Frameworks
  • Budget Management experience of over $50MM
