Job Purpose and Impact
The Truvia Category Management Analyst will help conduct analysis to identify high level trends, providing actionable insights for our retail customers and informing marketing. In this role, you will help analyze and translate consumer and market insight into strategies and tactics to influence customers and drive sales growth for Truvia and category growth for our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide analytics support to deliver market insights to internal and external business partners.
- Analyze markets to identify pain points and opportunities and partner with sales team to develop sales strategies.
- Perform ad hoc category specific analyses on assortment, retailers and/or competitors to support decisions and influence management.
- Handle basic issues and problems under minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Job Information
The expected salary for this position is $65,000.00 annual.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Polished, persuasive written and verbal communication skills with experience in presentations.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
