Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, will help to develop and deliver talent sourcing strategies for defined regions. In this role, you will build candidate pipelines for current and future needs that deliver highly relevant prospects to the recruiting team, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion. You will develop partnerships with key stakeholders to understand the current and future hiring needs of the company as well as identify and leverage best practices internally and externally.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels to support hiring goals, and build talent pipeline strategies to address current and future strategic talent needs.
  • Execute sourcing processes in alignment with the regional sourcing strategy to achieve the diversity targets.
  • Provide talent mapping based on strategic workforce planning and other succession planning gaps.
  • Partner with recruitment marketing subject matter authorities and recruiters to align appropriate sourcing tools for specific requirements.
  • Conduct market research to ascertain talent pool availability and provide respective reporting to ground decisions on data insights and analytics.
  • Proactively engage potential candidates as appropriate.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full cycle recruitment and or sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines
  • Experience in social media recruiting using related applications and online job boards
