Job Purpose and Impact

The EpiCor Global Growth Lead will foster and grow our business development activities and revenue from the health supplement and functional food and beverage market segments outside of North America. We seek a results-oriented professional who will prioritize activities to develop our international growth markets to set and achieve revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and key target customers within health supplements and functional food and beverage markets.
  • Create and achieve business development strategies, including key market access and regulatory approval.
  • Work closely with customers, distributors, and internal Cargill stakeholders to drive revenue and meet customer needs.
  • Identify new market geographies and opportunities for business development, calculating returns and investment.
  • Provide expert thought-leadership in human gut health and immunity and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
  • Represent the Epicor business in global tradeshows, events, and key customer meetings. 


Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum of six years of relevant commercial experience 
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field 
  • Ability to travel up to 40% globally 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six plus years of customer-facing experience in health supplements and/or functional food and beverage.
  • Experience leading new market access and regulatory approval processes. 
  • Commercial experience in key global growth regions (China, Korea, Brazil, India preferred).
