Expatriate Tax Accountant (Temporary)

The Expatriate Tax Accountant will provide income tax and payroll-related services for regional inbound and outbound assignees, including international compensation, global equity, and global bonus process support. In this role, you will be involved in projects for global mobility tax and annual compensation reporting and you will contribute to ensuring information for our cross-border employees is reported timely and accurately for individual income tax purposes in the home and host countries. You will focus on tax consulting and compliance for the participants in our global mobility program.
This position is only for a two-year contract.
- Review worldwide compensation information for tax reporting purposes.
Research and prepare reports for year-end wage and tax reporting, including calculations for corrections.
Assist in the management of the quarterly equity process related to current and former expatriates.
Manage the annual incentive process for global expatriates.
Collaborate with the global mobility team to ensure timely handling of any tax payments, tax equalizations and tax reconciliations.
You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.
Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Accounting experience in payroll and personal income tax field
Strong expertise working with spreadsheets and the ability to leverage database management tools.
Minimum of two years of related work experience

- Is, or working to become, a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
Experience in international individual tax, global mobility, and tax equalization programs
Expatriate and foreign national tax law experience
