JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Digital Customer Consultant, as a subject matter specialist, will design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle. We seek a professional who will identify market potential, establish pricing and market/customer strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities, and handle digital products through their life cycle.  This newly created position is part of the digital product line team and has the flexibility and freedom to make a huge contribution. 
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Direct preparation and coordinate product introductions and updates.
• Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
• Coordinate program planning with customers to identify user's journeys, goals, design criteria, costs, and similar considerations.
• Ensure the on-time delivery of new customer journeys: translate the needs into commercial requirements and implement the changes in the product with the team.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned product programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
• Understand our functional and technical landscape.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in digital product marketing and development
