Job Purpose and Impact

The Corporate Strategy Manager will drive the development of business strategies based on corporate partner needs and market trends.  In this role, you will lead and develop high performing project teams, hone advanced strategy and general management skills and develop a global network to execute the future growth strategy to address the biggest global issues facing the world today.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead strategy engagements of strategy analysts, associates and cross functional business partners to deliver significant and high impact strategic work.
  • Lead strategic problem solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, developing conceptual frameworks and conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Communicate strategies and strategic topics with a wide variety of our stakeholders and leaders.
  • Plan and direct business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis.
  • Lead the corporate strategy department through recruiting, training, mentoring and collaborating on team building activities.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of supervisory experience
