Internships at Cargill

Commercial Product & Pricing Internship

The Commercial Intern will be a part of our Cocoa & Chocolate Pricing & Product Line team and will work on various projects that improve our commercial results.  The projects may consist of pricing projects that improve our commercial capabilities, including data and analytics development, pricing and profitability analysis and/or product focused projects such as external environment analysis, product improvement, or new product launches. 

Students will have the opportunity to

Job Locations

  • Wayzata (Minneapolis), MN or remote (work from home office setting)

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or a related degree.
  • Graduating between May 2023 – May 2024
  • Right to work in the United States that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
  • Keen sense of priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and able to work with large and complex sets of business data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Results driven, open personality with a pro-active, hands-on perspective
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June - August 2023)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Overall 3.0 GPA or higher based off of 4.0 scale
  • Skilled in visual analytic tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
