Job Purpose and Impact

The sales administration will support complex sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams aligned with our commercial strategy. In this role, you will apply deep knowledge of, and expertise in sales processes to support the customer relationships for large strategic accounts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization. Location: the person can be located in Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua or Colombia. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the complex sales processes are successfully completed accurately.

  • Support the sales Director on strategic operational activities and develop strong customer relationships at various levels within the customer's organization.

  • Act as a subject matter authority in the execution of sales processes for large strategic accounts and coordinate the resolution of complex customer issues to ensure we deliver on customer requirements.

  • Enable assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to samples, quality assurance, pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support.

  • Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools.

  • Created customized reports for large strategic customers and track customer requests for defines business or areas as needed.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Advanced English
