JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Senior Digital Sales Representative will focus on Digital Solutions’ commercial vision and long/medium-term goals of our large or very complex customers within a designated geographic territory or market. This role is responsible for selecting a pipeline of key digital solutions to build the needed capabilities in the organization for successful generation of significant value at the customer level. We seek a seasoned professional who will handle our critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.
Develop and execute the sales planning process for complex accounts for multiple value propositions and solutions as part of the account plan while meeting personal sales targets
Develop and structure complex sales proposals that represent maximum value optimization to customer and business.
Coordinate use of resources (e. g., technical, advertising) to provide value-added services to accounts.
Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price and service strategies.
Work with commercial teams to motivate, align on goals and build actions plans to achieve results; coach junior specialists on all aspects of sales/account management and customer service.
Analyse competitor capabilities along with comparisons to business’s capabilities to determine gaps and to position account offerings against competitive options.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition or science (ruminants preferred), Master`s degree will be a plus.
Business experience in value added sales solution within the animal production/nutrition industry.
Fluent of English and other relevant European languages (i.e. Spanish, Italian, Russian or Polish).
Ability to travel at least 35% across both domestic and international locations within EMEAR (post-Covid-19).
