Talent Acquisition Manager (Cargill Business Services)
JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Talent Acquisition Manager (Cargill Business Services) will lead staffing and recruiting activities, including budgeting for employment/recruiting expenditures. We seek a professional to develop and retain recruiters, designing and administering recruitment strategies and implementing plans/procedures.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Manage stakeholders at different levels and complexities, to ensure the implementation of the Talent Acquisition practices and processes
Lead applicant tracking systems and build reports and metrics analysis.
Research efficient and cost-effective open job placements and maintain familiarity with recruiting tools.
Partner with management to develop job postings, recruitment strategies and competencies.
Research candidates, run workforce demands and develop networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results
Experience with Talent Acquisition routine, indicators and processes
Availability to live in Uberlândia - MG / Brazil
Work experience in a Shared Service Center
