Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Manager will lead and track tactical marketing programs and activities. In this role, you will help identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive growth in product positioning and improving brand recognition through insight-based marketing plans.
  • Organization of specific and targeted campaigns as well as general marketing tactics that lead prospects through awareness, engagement, conversion, nurturing and sales.
  • Contribute to preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.
  • Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
  • Set specific marketing goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of the targeted campaign and track the return of marketing investment (analyze sales and marketing metrics).
  • Develop fact bases – sourcing and analyzing wide ranging information such as customer research, market insight and existing customer data to create strategic insight to develop understanding of opportunity and growth drivers.
  • Development of resources, timelines and capabilities to execute marketing strategy, and organization of marketing materials, tools, channels and platforms to be leveraged.
  • Contribute to planning, organizing and coordinating assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in working on market intelligent and market insight as well as being able to translate into useful information for commercial team
  • Livestock industry experiences preferred
  • Good relationship building with both customers and stakeholders
  • Willing to travel domestic
