Job Purpose and Impact

The Talent Research Analyst will support our employee recruitment and selection. We seek an individual to collaborate with managers to define candidate qualifications, identify sources and implement recruitment plan to attract potential employees. You will conduct screening interviews and acquire references in accordance with established organizational procedure.In this role, you will conduct labor market analysis including competitor scan, talent accessibility and local market conditions and apply highly technical and specialized skills to identify and attract passive candidates to fill current or future vacancies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop new talent sourcing methods to attract passive candidates.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests to recruits and prepare documentation appropriate to recruit and engage new employees.
  • Run applicant tracking systems and build reports and metrics analysis.
  • Place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the internet and print media.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports related to recruitment, including equal opportunity statistics.
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed professional skills to gather, analyze and interpret data and present result
  • Excellent English language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sourcing, recruitment agent or related role
  • Experience in social media recruiting using related applications and online job boards
  • Experience in using recruitment management systems and applications
  • Awareness of industry and labor market trends
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
