Job Purpose and Impact

The Regional Digital Supplier Management Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team and overseeing the day to day vendor master data activities and processes for multiple locations. In this role, you will guide a team that executes the process of vendor master data creation and management and you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operational process, providing support and planning, managing stakeholder relationships, implementing Vendor Master Data management strategies and ensure compliance to Vendor Master Data processes and Policies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide first level of support for stakeholders, business partners and team members, being responsible for problem identification, prioritization and resolution plans and escalate major issues to appropriate staff.
  • Identify, propose and drive quality with continuous improvement and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement process optimizations.
  • Ensure all required operational documentation and standard operating procedures are available, in place and accessible to the receiving teams.
  • Support project progress and when necessary, intervene to handle problems with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholder to execute new business migration activities, monitor projects progress and propose processes optimization.
  • Responsible for initiation and facilitation of employee system and technical requirement enablement.
  • Align team resources to execute against strategies to meet strategic sourcing and location, plant and business objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Experience working in shared service operations
  • Experience with business relevant systems and tools
  • Minimum of four years of experience in procurement operations with experience leading teams and related procurement processes
