Job Purpose and Impact

The Commercial Analyst will partner with the larger ANH Analytics Hub to support the deployment of various commercial excellence capabilities (customer profitability, species and product reporting, rapid analytics, margin erosion etc.) for the ANH Enterprise. In this role, you will support profitability strategies and commercial excellence initiatives across the ANH enterprises. Moreover, you will enhance ANH Commercial & Strategic pricing fact-based decision-making capabilities with rapid analytics prototyping with business, finetuning and then building a repeatable and sustainable solution and scaling it up for the full range of our businesses.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide Strategic Pricing analytics support to deliver Commercial Excellence projects to internal/external business clients by supporting the roadmap and the implementation timeline
  • Aid in the creation and execution of customer profitability workshops
  • Conduct customer profitability and margin erosion analysis and synthesize findings, recommendations, and insights
  • Build visual analytics dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to support the Commercial Excellence Strategic Pricing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Strategic Pricing on enhancing decision making with product usage analytics
  • Participate and execute the follow-up accountability processes as designed
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use analytical thinking
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel…etc).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and confidentially with various levels of organization and potentially customers
  • Proficiency with PowerBI or Tableau


  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in one of the following: Sales, Commercial Management, FP&A, Trading, Business Development, Demand Planning, Modeling
  • Ability to travel regionally post pandemic – 20-30%
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities –Ability to blend data using Alteryx or similar tools and visualize and analyze it using tools like Tableau/Power BI
  • Commercial mindset, and strong business acumen
  • Ability to quickly understand system architecture
  • Ability to translate business need to technical/functional design for Business Intelligence
  • Language requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Other language could be plus but not required)
