Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategy Manager - FIBI APAC will drive the execution of strategy planning in alignment to client and corporate partner inputs, needs and market trends. In this role, you will execute the future growth strategy to achieve future revenue targets and responsible for overseeing a fixed cost budget related to the business. You will support the established business plans to ensure key performance indicators are achieved.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide strategic direction to identify strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing and intellectual property rights.
  • Provide roadmap and development strategies for all products.
  • Build and develop key relationships with existing clients and corporate partners and identify and establish engagement plans for new partners and clients in alignment with existing relationships at the corporate level.
  • Develop and monitor profitability, productivity and growth targets.
  • Prioritize and track expenses across new product development initiatives.
  • Plan and direct business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of supervisory experience
