Job Purpose and Impact

The Solution Delivery Lead, as a subject matter expert, will resolve complex and challenging problems to advance ongoing projects and provide the important link between project management, the project team and line management. In this role, you will partner with the project planning team to resolve impediments to success, plan and implement process improvements and provide consultation to management stakeholders on assigned projects. You will have demonstrated experiences leading large scale CTRM program implementation and end to end Commodities Trading experiences.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide specialist insight and resolutions for challenges facing the successful implementation of Trading projects.

• Lead functional teams and vendors, at the direction of senior management, to ensure projects are completed according to defined quality standards and timeline.

• Provide subject matter expertise to proactively track the cost and timetable of ongoing projects and provide solutions to obstacles that may arise.

• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate leadership.

• Own the intervention and problem solve when project is behind schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 8 years experience in leading Commodities Trading implementation programs in a corporate set-up

• Minimum of 6 years experience in Metals or Agriculture Trading Industry experiences and with solid knowledge on leading CTRM Products in the market
