Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will utilize talent acquisition knowledge to provide recruitment, outreach and sourcing consultation to clients and teams that can benefit from additional focus on positions across South East Asia. In this role, you will you will partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring and development needs, develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies, as well bring external market insights to ensure our competitiveness in the market. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute established sourcing and recruiting plans for positions utilizing appropriate strategies which may include direct candidate approach, job boards, social media, social networking, referrals and internet searches.

  • Create and analyze position descriptions, sourcing techniques, selection process and offer presentations for enhancement.

  • Participate in branding initiatives and the execution of branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive a consultative approach for market research and mapping, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management in order to recruit top diverse candidates in a cost effective manner.

  • Administrate internal systems and create processes to ensure compliance with country and local labor laws.

  • Research and develop techniques and approaches to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of talent through a variety of methods including complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources and competitor research.

  • Independently solve complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in managing complex hiring situations and cross-country/regional sourcing activities
  • More than 8 years of recruiting experience in in-house(corporate and international environment) and/or agency capacity
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment and or sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines
  • Experience working with multiple companies and multiple scenarios of attracting top level talent for tough to hire positions
  • Social media recruiting experience
