Admin Support Specialist
Job Purpose and Impact
The Administrative Specialist will provide support to coordinate multiple administrative, certification/audit processes and oversee a team of administrative professionals delivering routine administrative to leaders. The role will support onsite compliance programs as well as administrative tasks. He/she also supports marketing team/MD for the visits of key stakeholders. This role will be based at our Tuas plant location.
Key Accountabilities
- Support a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the administrative services.
- Support and oversee the successful implementation of work schedules for administrative employees to cover critical needs of the business.
- Responsible for related administrative work.
- Support in EHS activities and co-ordination of health and safety programs in the company.
- Participate and support company events.
- Support employee engagement related activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with working groups and committees to facilitate exchange of information, planning and support to stakeholder’s business visit.
- Support in renewal of administrative insurance policies and related matters.
- Support in all arrangements required for business certification.
- Prepare and support in performing internal audit procedures.
- Prepare training related registration forms and post training documents.
