Real Estate Development & Transaction Analyst 1
Job Purpose and Impact
The Real Estate Development & Transaction Analyst will engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners, and organize resources to support real estate transaction management process. In this role, you will support the strategic review of the portfolio. You will perform with limited supervision, activities to organize data, information, market insights, resources to provide timely analysis, management reports and trends to facilitate and support real estate transaction and decision making.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform portfolio analysis, financial information extraction to support stakeholders’ engagement and preparation of presentation materials. Conduct research to support value capture and portfolio optimization strategy and key initiatives.
- Identify and resolve obstacles to complete real estate portfolio and transaction management process project on time and to budget.
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
- Monitor and report on Real Estate Portfolio performance, project status, Service Provider’s performance scorecards, metrics reporting, value capture and measurement.
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, facilities management, finance or economics
- Minimum of four years of corporate real estate experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Networking skills to enhance relationship with business leaders and stakeholders, and collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Customer-driven mindset and commercial acumen in managing financial data and capturing value
- Process and project management skills, keen attention to details. Drives projects and tasks to successful completion and closure
- Strong data management discipline, analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of analytical and planning tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Clarizen)
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous
- Ability to travel up to 20%
