Job Purpose and Impact

The Process Implementation Lead (PIL) will lead the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation for all areas of Finance, including A&F, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, etc. to represent a One Finance view.  The PIL will coordinate efforts to define Finance specific business requirements, implement improved business processes, ensure successful deployment of the new ERP systems and enhancements, coordinate complex systems and process testing and assists with functional stabilization efforts with an insight to the global impacts and implications. In this role, you will lead the implementation of direct activities for the Process Deployment Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Superusers within Finance, identifying key functional risks and issues, supporting change management efforts, and escalating to the BIM and Finance Leadership Team appropriately. You will require global collaboration and teamwork within the business, global information technology and corporate functions.

Key Accountabilities

•    Lead the implementation of complex system and process deployment for Finance and ensure consistent implementation of system configuration and processes throughout the organization are reviewed and approved by process sponsors.
•    Identify and lead complex optimization activities, partnering with subject matter experts and business leaders across the product line and promote process change in the organization.
•    Use deep knowledge of business and accounting principles and practices, to define the strategic plans and improve processes to meet specific business functional area requirements during the deployment of new enterprise resource planning systems and enhancements.  
•    Ensure that implemented design and process changes are aligned with the internal control framework and the global process organization and identify places where synergies can be aligned globally. Document and review with Finance ERP Governance Team to remedy any gaps from global target architecture.
•    Partner within the FTO, with the Data Team, to understand and represent the data and analytics and make the connections to the deployment with respect to data standards and analytic products
•    Develop, with the Project Team, an integrated project plan and ensure Finance organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimization and realization activities.
•    Define deployment objectives and scope, measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for implementation, resolving issues independently.
•    Implement, maintain and communicate metrics to track solution stabilization and value gained through optimization initiatives.
•    Collaborate with other functional and business PILs to ensure that downstream impacts to finance processes are understood
•    Other duties as assigned
•    Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.


•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
•    Strong analytical skills capable of breaking down complex issue to identify key drivers and global upstream and downstream impacts
•    Minimum of six years of related work experience
•    Other minimum qualifications may apply
•    15+ years of related work experience;
•    Minimum of four years of experience in a supervisory or management position
•    CA or CPA and/or PMP certified, with Project management experience
•    Fluent in English
•    Proven ability to lead, coach, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums
•    Experience with SAP systems and have been part of at least 1 SAP full cycle project
•    Experience working in a shared service environment
•    Comfortable with ambiguity; able to provide clear guidance under pressure; require minimal supervision
•    Stays calm under pressure
•    High Learning Agility; asks probing questions, responds effectively to new situations or information
•    Networking; knowledge of key resources and relationship building at all levels of organization
•    Knowledge of ANH Group and work processes 
•    Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, maybe more during peak project periods (Post COVID travel restrictions)
