Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Generalist III will be responsible for crafting and executing a channel marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and customer dedication. You will partner with our Marking and Communications team as well as our Sales Leadership team to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to enable an outstanding customer experience to deliver valuable offerings for customers and prospects.

Key Accountabilities

•    Thought leadership as brand owner and digital marketing expert, encourage team to experiment and push boundaries and move forward with speed and agility
•    Identify compelling value propositions and white space opportunities that resonate with consumers and deliver business goals
•    Lead digital and brand strategy to deliver short team and long-term business development for multi-protein products 
•    Lead “go to market” strategy by defining marketing strategy to match channel strategy. Bring the right strategy to work with commercial team to drive the channel development and channel portfolio
•    Lead product marketing including proposition, pricing and claims development across variety of product lines 
•    Orchestrate new initiatives to take insights to innovation reality by collaboration with multi-functional teams (incl. insights, R&D, manufacturing, etc.)
•    Lead design of packaging and visual presence to consumers.
•    Lead concept development, core communication claim of products, and lead product life cycle for product innovation and re-innovation.
•    Lead marketing campaign to drive consumer demand and enhance brand equity.
•    Lead communications including social media, in-store, and other ways to drive brand equity and product awareness, and gradually help to build volume for the brand.


Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience,
•    Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budge guidelines
•    Compelling communication and presentation skills to drive alignment for business directions. 
•    Innovative and strong leadership track record.
•    Experience executing consumer, channel and/or customer specific campaigns and promotions
•    Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact
•    Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
•    Minimum of four years of related work experience
•    Other minimum qualifications may apply
