Job Purpose and Impact

This position provides executive level administrative support to the Managing Director. This role is responsible for providing the appropriate first impression and enduring professionalism with leaders and influences country government relations, communications, brand and corporate responsibility. This position assists with daily workflow management for the leader including heavy email management, complex scheduling and calendar management, pro-active message management (triage and drafting responses), travel arrangements, providing phone coverage, contact management, and other administrative duties as requested. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provides the necessary support to manage requests, appointments, deliverables, etc.  

  • Ability to manage frequent calendar, schedule and travel changes with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism and to handle strong global calendar management 

  • Handles event and meeting planning, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.  

  • Identify and implement operational improvements/efficiencies that reflect organizational best practices 

  • Global counterparts communication and support 

  • Coordinate and implement CR, supporting various corporate responsibility program and project.  

  • Must work collaboratively with other internal & external stakeholders. 


  • Previous experience providing administrative support to international managers or leaders(Over 3yrs experience) 

  • Strong sense of urgency and superior situational awareness of future activities. 

  • Must stay current on technologies, be proactive in introducing new tools, stay on top of best practices and global business.  

  • Fluent in both Spoken and Written English and Excellent in Microsoft Software like word, excel, power point etc.  

  • Possess the flexibility to adjust work hours as needed and remain calm during times of stress.
