JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Sales Enablement Leader will ensure our customer facing teams have access to relevant tools, content, training and coaching and can extract the most value from them. In this role, you will partner with sales enablement and sales operations teams to deliver customer and market insights to drive customer focus in the organization and serve customers by working with sales, marketing and research and development functions across the businesses and regions in support of growth plans with our regional enterprise customers. You will identify, develop and deliver commercial insights that resonate with customers and relate back to our product portfolios to implement and lead a scalable sales enablement organization within the region to scale up both services orchestration to all route to market coverage with a goal of increasing efficient and effective commercial activities and improved customer driven growth while developing world class commercial talent.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide regional management and strategy for the sales enablement vision, strategy and business implementation for the enterprise, collaborating with peers to establish short and long term action plans.
- Implement the strategy and oversee the execution of relationship growth to enable business expansion.
- Leverage customer insights and innovative ideas to build a world class sales enablement practice in full support of the growth for the different routes to market.
- Partner with marketing, sales, technical, product, and learning and development teams to ensure effective and efficient creation and delivery of assets including marketing collateral, training videos and webinars.
- Challenge and review relevant processes with ultimate goal of having a more efficient and effective sales organization using innovative tools and creative resources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead customer and market analysis and bring insights to the team to make strategic decisions and drive growth.
- Engage with stakeholders within the enterprise and across the organization to lead change and foster collaborative partnerships aligned to the sales enablement strategies.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Sales operations experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Sales enablement experience
