Job Purpose and Impact

The Winshuttle Developer will maintain, integrate and implement WinShuttle´s software application within the organization. In this role, you will perform moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, mass data upload and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications, partnering closely with business stakeholders and other Global IT teams to deliver standard application support to WinShuttle software.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures related to Winshuttle technical aspects, upgrades, enhancements and new development efforts.
  • Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests applying methodologies to identify patterns relating to underlying root causes of incidents.
  • Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases, including user access to WinShuttle and participate in projects related to risks and controls.
  • Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.  
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • Advanced or Fluent English Level 
  • Work experience with Winshuttle software
