Job Purpose and Impact

The Global IT LATAM Change Management Lead will align Communications, Change, and Education (CCE) efforts conducted with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the achievement of CCE deliverables for ERP and Technology project objectives within LATAM including scope, schedule and quality to help ensure successful deployment of the new systems, processes, and enhancements. You will organize communications, stakeholder management activities materials, and education and training resources for the LATAM region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and training external change consultants including candidate selection, interviews, training on Cargill’s change methodology, and guiding / coaching throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all CCE deliverables are met.
  • Execute activities with a focus on the LATAM business and functional leadership engagement and ownership in delivering quality change events and materials.
  • Lead key change activities, including stakeholder identification, action plans, change discussions, validating change impacts and role mapping activities.
  • Create and execute communications plan to prepare, adapt, and distribute internal and external deployment-related communications with support and approval from leadership.
  • Lead and execute key stakeholder activities and resources to coordinate and lead engagement during deployment phases and enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate on education delivery, training schedules, logistics, trainer availability and the measurement of training effectiveness.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in change, communications, or related field in a technology setting
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply


  • Change Management certification
  • Experience supporting the CCE needs of large-scale SAP deployments
  • Fluent in Portuguese
