HR Solutions Employee Experience Specialist Junior
The Human Resources Solutions Employee Experience Specialist will apply basic human resources solutions knowledge to assist in the delivery of employee experience services such as internships, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs. In this role, you will provide relevant and effective consulting services to internal stakeholders to ensure valuable solutions are adapted to the complexity of the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist to drive the change management efforts and encourage a change attitude across the organization and promote the use of tools and technologies to gain efficiency in delivering human resource solutions.
- Assist to establish the employee experience with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements by collaborating with legal resources or external consultants to interpret and implement moderately complex policies.
- Assist to execute the design and delivery of human resources services, operations, solutions training and education sessions for various internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or intern in Human Resources or arelated field and/or equivalent experience
At least one year of experience in Human Resources
Intermediate English
Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
Advanced skills in using related spreadsheet and presentation applications
Minimum of two years of experience in an employee experience role
