Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Training Specialist will lead operations with regards to learning management team members, setup learning and development systems and provide support on the tools. In this role, you will foster collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop content. You will be the in-house expert for learning tools and programs and apply emerging trends in technology to develop pragmatic approaches to help move the learning and development learning strategy forward.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead end to end process management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of employee onboarding specifically focused on culture and engagement, talent and assessment and career management and learning.
- Responsible for translating the needs of leadership and the functional centers into robust safety and food safety programs in alignment with the management team.
- Provide expertise for all learning management roles and responsibilities and drive process improvements through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Organize, monitor and improve relationships with your stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations and plan and implement various tasks to engage with them.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with learning management tools and applications.
- Experience in providing technical support.
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Alchemy specifications.
- Experience with learning management systems.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Experience working in the food manufacturing industry.
