Job Purpose
The Organizational Planning & Analysis Specialist will act as a subject matter expert on organization planning and analysis for the assigned organization and/or region. In this role, you will empower and support key partners in HR to leverage key organization data insights into decision-making by enabling the use of specific data and technology. You will also engage with business leaders and help them conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights and information to perform accurate org-related decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Be a key partner and stakeholder manager for HR Leaders and Consultants using Orgvue and help translate business needs into sustainable analytics and insights products.
- Conduct or help HR partners run org health diagnostics and/or scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific initiatives with minimal direction.
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term.
- Partner and collaborate with product development teams and other related teams to improve the process and tools by configuring packs and drafts, using preset templates and customize them to meet Orgvue end user needs.
- Build and develop internal capability – onboard new users, facilitate Orgvue trainings, co-lead the OP&A Community of Practice and share technical updates.
- Configure packs and drafts using preset templates and customize as appropriate to better meet Business needs and provide ongoing support to the Orgvue users at all times.
- Manage and administer data in Orgvue during the project and handover data outputs to HR Implementation Lead for downstream data implications.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Human resources certificate
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI/Tableau
- Orgvue Certification
