Job Purpose and Impact

The Renaissance Automation Electrical and Instrumentation (AEI) Lead will focus on optimizing our interconnected components of a manufacturing system. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field. In this role, you will help coordinate plant location, personnel work flow and ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence and equipment layouts.

Key Accountabilities

  • Help manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
  • Lead all department level 1 training and to support all level 2 ops training efforts that are required by the individual Renaissance project.
  • Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods.
  • Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with DeltaV
  • Able and willing to work weekends and after hours based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Experience working in high performing teams, prioritizing, and working under pressure
  • Process Engineering experience with a focus in Process Control
  • Experience in a Production/ Manufacturing Environment
