Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Delivery Engineer will focus on optimizing our interconnected components of a manufacturing system. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field. In this role, you will help coordinate plant location, personnel work flow and ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence and equipment layouts.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, design and estimate time and cost, overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and
components. - Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems or the causes of
component failures - Help manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
- Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods.
- Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Plant Utilities
- Understanding of PI (data historian), ACAD (auto CAD), MS Project, SAP
- OSHA safety training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capital projects, project management and construction management experience
- Automation execution experience (case packing, palletizing, packaging, equipment, etc.)

Relocation assistance will be provided for this position for candidates willing to live near Wisconsin, Butler, Nashville, TN, Round Rock TX or Newnan, GA. Candidates that are relocated to preferred location would be expected to office out of plant.
