Job Purpose and Impact

The Recruiting Supervisor will oversee the execution and implementation of recruitment strategies. In this role, you will provide leadership in developing and executing overall recruiting coordination while providing a world class client and candidate experience. You will utilize recruitment knowledge to provide oversight for recruitment and recruitment coordination activities and ensure recruiting metrics are met.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supervise the execution and implementation of talent recruiting strategies to support and align businesses' staffing objectives with consultative support in the areas of staffing strategies and sourcing recommendations.
  • Utilize specific knowledge of the business environment, requirements and strategies to provide oversight on the delivery of programs or processes designed to meet the needs of clients.
  • Lead TA Coordination team to support regional TA Team.
  • Drive continuous improvement including process improvement, automation etc. to meet efficiency target.
  • Execute and implement branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
  • Provide oversight for a team developing and maintaining low to high impact internal and external relationships which may include hiring managers, human resource professionals, candidates, industry contacts, career service centers, student lenders and professors.
  • Establish accountability measures and processes that ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of employment laws specifically impacting recruitment and selection
  • Progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of supervisory experience
