Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply Chain Process Manager (Center of Excellence) will provide execution expertise to the supply chain planning center of excellence. In this role, you will partner collaboratively and influence across all levels of the organization and lead deployment projects to improve supply chain planning or order management processes to achieve supply chain objectives and align business capabilities with company global standards and the business strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in supply chain planning and order management to assist in developing a vision for improvement efforts to provide a distinct competitive advantage in the market for the organization.
  • Provide project management for deployment of continuous improvement and capability excellence initiatives to achieve objects set by corporate and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Support planning and order management process standardization to facilitate enterprise and global executive roll up of strategic and tactical plans across regions and countries.
  • Provide consulting services to businesses to support and sustain changes in supply chain planning or order management across processes, people, data and technology and monitor business maturity progress and change adherence.
  • Use metrics to execute strategic network wide or business specific analysis to drive process improvement, reduce cost, drive growth and meet business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations or a related field or equivalent experience,
  • Functional understanding of supply chain or order management tools and technologies
  • Broad end to end understanding of supply chain planning or order management principles with expertise in supply, demand or inventory planning, integrated business planning or customer service
  • Previous experience leading process implementation or improvement project work across multiple functions
  • Minimum of ten years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud based applications
  • Expertise in enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience implementing technology solutions
