Position Purpose & Summary
The Analyst, Transformation Pilots works closely with the leaders of Cargill’s Transformation Management Office (TMO) to support development and delivery of high-impact, high-value pilot projects that will be operationalized across Cargill upon completion. This position partners with Cargill’s senior leaders to drive sustained, profitable growth and reduced cost to deliver in an increasingly dynamic Food & Agriculture environment. You will set the pace of change and make Cargill better than the sum of its parts by:
Building next generation capabilities
Energizing the organization and evolving our culture
Testing hypotheses and rapidly iterating to drive value faster and at lower cost

·Work in small teams to complete strategy projects for defined regions by applying general understanding of strategy
·Develop, execute, and scale pilot projects including user-centric analysis and insight development, modeling size of the prize and cost to deliver, hypothesis development, assumption identification, and testing as well as the workstream leadership and support
·Participate in various internal networking events or office team building activities to strengthen our team, work as a problem-solver, including approach and workplan development, storytelling to stakeholders and senior leadership, industry, competitive and market analysis and transforming data to information and insights
·Actively listen to others and learn new professional competencies / capabilities

·Bachelor’s degree in a top-tier university with related field or equivalent experience
·Experience using data and logic to break down problems and provide recommendations
·Experience leveraging both written and oral communication to convey complex messages in a simple way
·Experience participating in team problem solving, managing workstreams and understanding the basics of stakeholder management
·Minimum of two years of related work experience
·Other minimum qualifications may apply

·Master’s / MBA from a top-tier university
·Familiarity with Agile processes, project management standards, and process improvement methodologies
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Able to work from an established Cargill hub
·Ability to travel, potentially up to 30% - 50% when necessary for a pilot project globally
