Position Purpose & Summary:
To support CAN Thailand to achieved the budget of business plan for Noah Poultry ,work with poultry farm customers up country of Thailand , develop sales capability ,sustainable growth for Noah Poultry segment ,Create New customers ,farm service ,develop sales effectiveness process to work with Poultry farm 

Principal Accountabilities:
-  Sales ability to close 
-  100% of Achieved KRA that set optimized value for team and for customers, customer satisfaction, SQI process mindset
20%  -  Sales ands service for poultry direct farm
5%   -  Problem solving routine
5%   -  Sales planning with right action plan
5%   -  Accerirate continueous improvement (ACI) process
5%   -  Market survey
10% -  Done effort completed to achieved budget of business plan 

Education, Experience, Skills:
Required Qualifications
-  Bachelor Degree or above in Animal science /Veterinary 

Preferred Qualifications
-  Sales /Marketing /SMT or related field  experience 1-2 years are preferred 
-  Mindset to sales and Positive thinking
