Job Purpose and Impact

The ANH Senior Analyst will generate analysis and insights to support group, enterprise and corporate needs and will create written materials and presentations that effectively foster a deep understanding of business performance to enhance decision making by the enterprise. In this role, you will contribute to prepare periodic deliverables and strategic ad- hoc analyses for the enterprise, working closely with the Enterprise Finance Leader, Group Finance Directors, and PRO teams, along with other key business stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and communicate timely, accurate and consistent financial presentations, analyses, and insights to meet Corporate, Enterprise and Group needs.
  • Develop ad hoc analysis and modelling, including macro and industry trends, competitive benchmarking, and other external factors, to enable decision making and evaluate key performance indicators.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, self-starter using business judgement.
  • Partner with peers in cross functional financial teams to achieve the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function and implement effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to deliver insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide input and identify opportunities to improve process, data and technology to drive standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Identify key financial risks and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience
  • Self-starter, independent, intellectually curious
  • Proven written communication and power point presentation skills
  • Proven ability to perform financial analysis, strong excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced data analytical skills using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
  • Confirmed experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
