CSST Inspection Engineer

Job Purpose and Impact
The Reliability Engineer will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will partner with the team to ensure the fulfillment of reliability engineering strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von effizienten Inspektionsstrategien
- Verantwortlichkeit für die gesetzlich und sicherheitstechnischen vorgeschriebene Prüfungen der gesamten Anlagen
- Erstellung von Prüfkonzepten für wiederkehrende Prüfungen sowie die Entwicklung alternativer Prüfungen und die Erarbeitung von Prüfprogrammen
- termingerechte Durchführung aller sicherheitsrelevanten technischen Prüfungen und Inspektionen
- Abstimmung mit der ZÜS, dazu gehört eine rechtssichere Dokumentation der Prüfungen
- Optimierung unserer Instandhaltungskonzepte und Prüfprozesse
- Unterstützung der Risikogutachten, Schwachstellenanalysen und RCFA’s für Anlagen und Erhöhung der Ausfallsicherheit
- technische Expertise bei Anlagenerweiterungen, Modifizierungen und neuen Apparaten
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Diplom-Ingenieur/-in oder Master Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung der Chemie-/Prozessindustrie oder/und als Prüfingenieur/-in
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für verfahrenstechnische Anlagen und Komponenten (Rohrleitungssysteme, Kesselanlagen, Reaktoren, Kolonnen, Wärmetauscher)
- Idealerweise Qualifikation als befähigte Person für Druckgeräte
- Erfahrung mit Reparatur- und Schweißtechniken sowie zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren
- Lösungs- und praxisorientierte Denkweise, dazu in der Lage, erfolgreich zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessen zu vermitteln
- Klar und überzeugend in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und auf Englisch
