Key Account Manager
JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Key Account Manager will help promote and sell our products to new customers. You will help research and identify their needs to create and propose solutions. We seek a professional with a broad knowledge of business, financials, products and services, the market or the needs and challenges of potential accounts. In this role, you will help prospect for new accounts, secure appointments, resolve needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms and conditions, overcome objections and close sales.

• With guidance, execute strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments.
• Collaborate with our senior staff to produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas.
• Work with moderately complex accounts, products and services, sales or account management process.
• Work directly with customers with moderate authority to negotiate product and service terms.
• Identify new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
