The Technical support person will be a temporary member of the R&D Lab team supporting project and trials by executing on protocols, coordinating activities and compiling and validating results. The person will also provide support on collaborations with external partners and be encouraged to bring ideas and input to the CAN&H innovation pipeline.
The Technical support person belongs to the R&D team of the global Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health business and is a key member of the global Strategic Marketing and Technology (SMT) team. The person must have the capacity to work within a team in a complex matrix and integrate the perspectives of two main stakeholders as CHT and CQN groups. The Technical support person must be highly dedicated to delivering quality results in a timely manner. The person is responsible as well to contribute their ideas and skills to support the overall innovation success.
