Job Purpose and Impact

The AEI Engineering Manager will design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize use of plant and manufacturing facilities. We seek a professional to provide expertise and experiences cross the locations to improve the reliabilities of AEI equipment and system. Share the knowledges, develop the best practices, training people. Support plant to develop maintenance strategy and buildup strong AEI maintenance team.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of the AEI equipment of the whole facility.
• Set PM and PdM for the main AEI  equipments.
• Prepare maintenance instructions for electrical team and train them on the daily maintenance.
• Design and develop AEI improvement projects.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum eight years in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years bachelor degree in engineering, science or relevant subject.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical maintenance.
• Experienced with CAD.
• Ability to lead the designers and contractors to design, build, check out, start up and run a highly automated plant electrical / instrumentation system and control system safely.
• Demonstrated skills of management skills, team building, conflict resolution, innovation and change within the work force
• Good communication skills and fluent English speaking and writing
• Two years of supervisory experience
