Job Purpose and Impact

We are offering a hybrid hunter & relationship building role, responsible for selling our portfolio of edible oil solutions in the Central Eastern Europe Bakery and Confectionery market, with a main focus on Poland. The Account Manager will be predominately focused on the acquisition of new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and with new prospects. The Account Manager will sell directly to the business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. We seek an entrepreneurial, self-organizing, results-oriented professional who is comfortable conducting face-to-face and remote sales with new and existing customers. In this role, you will be evaluating customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for delivering an agreed target in terms of value and scale 
  • Identify & prospect potential customers and nurture & grow existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and pricing, sales and merchandising activities. 
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
  • Support business growth by disseminating favorable information about the organization and its products and services.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a track record of delivering results in highly competitive, mature markets 
  • You will be curious and strive to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Experience in building relations and negotiation 
  • Independence and great work organization
  • High level of communication and development skills 
  • Native Polish speaker and English fluency.
  • Experience in food industry and knowledge of the market, experience in confectionery/ bakery industry is a plus
