Job Purpose and Impact

The Raw Material Trading Specialist, according to the commercial strategy to meet growth targets, will help increase our sales and identity cusiness growth opportunities with new products or services, or new customers. We seek a professional who will actively look for key customer solutions in their search for risk management, supply chain, financial and nutrients needs. You will be also response for setting up of local strategies/tactics in order to create distinctive and sustainable value for Cargill and customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement promotional activities to expand brand awareness, including create and provide raw material pitches according to market developments and positioning opportunities.
  • Identify raw material segments to present company information. 
  • Coordinate and monitor the salesforce and displays to successfully grow a brand. 
  • Recognize and pursue new raw material segments and opportunities for business development and provide meaningful Feed Ingredient markets intelligence on available prices and competitor business activity to stakeholders.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Agro Engineering or Business Administration related education
  • Experience in Animal Nutrition Products Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
  • Execution capacity and organization skills, Keen sense of Priorities.
  • Knowledge of Supply chain processes related to Agricultural products. 
  • Strong understanding of the main cost components and appropriate raw material knowledge.
