Job Purpose and Impact
现场品管将负责确保所有政策、标准和培训在公司实施。您将与他人合作，协助解决合规性问题。您还将与合作商密切合作，协调和规划属于食品安全、质量和监管领域的计划。
Key Accountabilities
- 对成品和加工中物料进行查验，分析数据，并识别缺陷或错误的趋势。
- 对缺陷、不符合项或其他质量问题进行根本原因分析。
- 负责协调饲料安全质量和监管职能，包括持续改进流程、符合审计要求，并协助处理客户规格和质量问题。
- 确保及时、准确地执行食品安全相关培训和新程序实施。
- 计划、协调并指导供应商的所有法规遵从性、实验室、食品/饲料安全和质量计划，以确保符合客户、供应商和政府的要求和期望。
- 在个人权限范围内处理基本问题，将无法处理的复杂问题报告主管处理。
- 其他分配的工作
Minimum Qualifications
- 相关专业大专学历或同等工作经验
- 其他最低资格可申请
- Preferred Qualifications
- 有勇气做正确的事、阻止不正确的行为
- 较强的沟通协调能力
- 一定的计算机技能（Excel、word、PPT等）
- 工作认真、负责、真诚
