Job Purpose and Impact

The Employee Experience Assistant - Production Recruiting will execute and deliver employee experience human resource services focused on production staffing, process management of staffing related activities. In this role, you will complete hiring compliance activities within the high volume production locations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support day to day recruiting efforts through interview management, correspondence, background and preemployment screening, medical review and holds, offer letter preparation and facilitation of new hires.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and document management for high volume recruitment activities, such as disposition code completion and auditing of hiring records.
  • Support mobile recruitment activities, attend local job fairs and maintain rapport within local communities.
  • Support the employee experience production recruiter, as needed, with services such as interviewing, selection processes and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in projects or initiatives related to recruitment.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $21.00 hourly.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in Spanish (oral and written)
  • Experience with a recruiting system such as Taleo or Success Factors
